has been appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer, stepping into the
shoes of outgoing CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore, who are leaving to

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus. His notable career includes serving as
President and CEO at Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. Prior to that, he held
various executive roles at Unilever and Kraft, and began his career with The
Procter & Gamble Company. His extensive background in consumer products
should serve Implus well as it continues to grow its brand portfolio.
Dave Bordeau, Chairman of the Implus Board of Directors, expressed confidence in Michael
Polk’s ability to lead the company through its next phase of growth. Bordeau
