In 2023, he made the largest single donation in University of Texas at Arlington’s history: $12 million for a resource and energy engineering program. He has also given to MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, and the March of Dimes, and has supported the West Dallas Youth Academy through an Energy Transfer and Texas Rangers partnership.
